General Terms and Conditions

Here you will find the current General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Brněnské pivní lázně, s.r.o. This document is binding for all clients using our services and add-ons.

1. Operator

Brněnské pivní lázně, s.r.o., Za Divadlem 587/4, 602 00 Brno – střed, Company ID: 09110992, VAT ID: CZ09110992. The company provides spa and wellness services in accordance with these terms.

2. Subject of the GTC

These GTC set out the rights and obligations of clients and the operator in the provision of services at Brněnské pivní lázně, including ordering, payment and the delivery of treatments.

3. Ordering services

  • Online: Bookings are made at www.brnenskepivnilazne.cz and can be paid via the RB payment gateway or by bank transfer.
  • By phone: Bookings at +420 739 011 339 and +420 728 867 354, followed by an order confirmation.
  • An order is considered valid once the full amount has been credited to the company's account.

4. Voucher

After paying for the order, the client receives a voucher that serves as proof of a successful booking. The voucher must be presented before the treatment begins.

5. Opening hours

Opening hours are Wednesday and Thursday 12:00–20:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00–22:00. The operator reserves the right to change the opening hours and to announce the change on the website.

6. Treatment rules

  • Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the treatment.
  • Late arrival does not entitle the client to an extension or financial compensation.
  • It is forbidden to damage the equipment, tamper with the technical facilities, smoke, or use alcohol and drugs outside the designated areas.
  • Clients must follow the instructions of the staff and the rules of the beer spa.

7. Client obligations

  • Follow the set treatment programme and safety rules.
  • Consumption of alcohol is prohibited when a person under 18 is present.
  • On request, present an identity document and pay any costs associated with excessive soiling of the premises.

8. Operator obligations

  • Record only the personal data necessary to identify the client and issue a tax document.
  • Inform clients about changes in the scope of services and offer cancellation with a refund of the amount paid.

9. Cancellation terms

The client may cancel an order no later than 14 days before the booked date and receive 100% of the price already paid. A full refund is also provided in the event of changes on the operator's side.

10. Health restrictions

  • The beer spa is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, women from the 3rd month of pregnancy, children under 15 and clients after heart surgery.
  • The infrared sauna is not recommended during adrenaline treatment, for lupus or multiple sclerosis, or for clients with body implants.

11. Complaints

Any discrepancies must be resolved immediately on site with the spa staff. If the shortcomings cannot be remedied, a written complaint is drawn up.

12. Final provisions

The operator reserves the right to change these GTC. The current version is always published on the company's official website.

Brněnské pivní lázně, s.r.o. processes clients' personal data in accordance with the GDPR and only to the extent necessary to provide services, manage bookings and fulfil legal obligations. Further information on personal data protection is available on request at info@brnenskepivnilazne.cz.
